Free shipping only applies to orders placed on RedOctane.com. Free Ground Shipping applies only to the FedEx Ground Shipping method and only to the continental United States. Free ground shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Canada and via USPS Priority Mail.

International Orders:
With international orders, we are unable to label shipments as gifts, so your order may be liable for taxation upon import. RedOctane is not responsible for any customs or duties held at the port of entry. Please make sure you understand your country's import laws before ordering. We currently only ship internationally to PR and Canada via FedEx International.

Canadian Orders:
For orders shipping to Canada, the shipping charge now includes necessary brokerage/custom fees for cross-border shipments.  We have implemented this feature to reduce shipping time and any surprising charges for our Canadian customers.

Same Day Shipping on orders placed before 10am PST:
Most in-stock orders made before 10am Pacific Standard Time on a business day will go out the same day. Otherwise, the order will ship on the next business day. On rare occasions, orders may not be shipped due to individual order problems or if an item's stock status is not correctly reported in the web site.
